Jo has over 20 years’ experience consulting for clients in the private and public sectors as a Chartered Psychologist.

Working internationally, she designs and delivers assessment and development solutions.

Jo specialises in leadership assessment, executive coaching and leadership development.

She creates robust approaches that incorporate current research and help her clients select and retain talented people. Jo is recognised by clients for her professionalism, expertise and her approachable yet challenging style. She is qualified in a wealth of robust psychometric tools including OPQ, 16PF, Firo-B, MBTI, EIP3 and HDS, as well as cognitive reasoning tests.

Jo works with clients up to board level in a range of sectors including energy, financial and professional services, retail, insurance and central and local government. Clients include BP, Shell, Equinor, KPMG, Linklaters, Marks & Spencer, Kingfisher Group and the Cabinet Office.

Qualifications and Credentials

Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
MSc in Occupational Psychology and BSc in Psychology.
Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching with the Association of Executive Coaching.
Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching.
