  • Champion Braemar Castle’s vision while guiding the board to implement and review the transformation strategy.
  • Balance commercial growth with community, heritage, and environmental responsibilities.
  • Nurture a supportive, inclusive culture that brings out the best in the board, staff and volunteers.
  • Represent Braemar Castle in the community, and with the media.
  • Uphold charity compliance and best-practice governance.
