Realise The Belmont Cinema's purpose as the destination for film in Aberdeen, serving its audiences and the wider community.

Lead the organisation and its team, ensuring financial sustainability and delivery on its vision, mission and values.
Ensure successful fundraising, programming, marketing, audience development and community engagement ahead of the cinema reopening in 2025.
Work alongside shmu to support the complementary education, filmmaking and screen sector development programmes.
Lead on external relations.
Ensure effective financial control, legal compliance and support of the Trustee board.

Strategic thinker adept at developing and motivating a team to meet organisational targets.
Passionate about delivering a quality guest experience, with a background in independent cinema or hospitality.
Financially astute, with a track record of achieving financial targets.
Effective communicator capable of developing brand voice and nurturing an inclusive culture.
